The last 7 years since the inception of the Bateriku.com brand, we have been building the automotive vertical core elements that has enabled us to provide a comprehensive experience in car ownership experience.

Amongst the areas of development include the following:-

1. Building the on the ground network

We have now served close to 1 Million customers nationwide while our touchpoints have recently reached 100 Pitstops in all key economic regions including Central, Southern, Northern and the East Coast. While In East Malaysia, we established our BPreneur network in Kota Kinabalu, we are looking at expanding into Sarawak and Brunei in 2022. ​

2. Connecting our eco-system with tech as the enabler

In order to strengthen our ecosystem and Pitstop network, today, not only do we have our own Bateriku.com Apps to assist in making their bookings, we also have various payment options. Other than the normal methods of cash and online banking, we’ve enabled multiple payment systems for the benefit of our growing customer database.

We have establish strategic collaboration with prominent digital payment powerhouses including Boost, GRAB and most recently Touch and Go. These collaborations have enabled our customers to pay for Bateriku.com’s services through their e-wallets or even pay directly by scanning a unique static QR placed when they walk-in to any of our 100 Pitstops nationwide.

3. Sharing and Gig economy

We have to date trained over 1,000 BHero using the gig economy model while our BBuddy network has totaled up to 3,000 workshops nationwide to cater to the constant demand from car owners nationwide. Through this network, we can connect our customers with the required service providers, such as tow trucks, workshops, and car spare parts other than the roadside assistance for battery change.

4. Onboard diagnostic (OBD) device

We started collaborating with a technology partner and we are in the final stages of rolling out the OBD device. This is another unique proposition where we can then offer just in time as well as full integration of car diagnostics to enable the right kind of repairs to be done.

With this comprehensive structure in place, we are now serving businesses and corporations, in providing support for the staff as well as fleet management requirements.

Areas that we see can benefit businesses and corporations would include:-
1. More integrated approach to car scheduled maintenance.
2. Cost reduction as services can be done on needs or just in time approach.
3. Emergency nationwide support for staff as well as company vehicles when used for interstate travelling.
