PREC AND BATERIKU.COM COLLABORATES TO ENHANCE VEHICLE OWNERSHIP & SHOPPING EXPERIENCE AT SACC MALL, SHAH ALAM

SHAH ALAM, 26 JUNE 2023 – PKNS Real Estate Sdn Bhd (PREC), a special entity established as an investment arm for the Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) group of companies signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bateriku (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“Bateriku.com”) earlier today at SACC Mall, Shah Alam. The collaboration will see Malaysia’s number 1 Connected Roadside Assistance Solutions (CRAS) provider: Bateriku.com enhance and expand both shopping and vehicle ownership experience by providing its on- demandbreakdown services at all PREC’s commercial premises beginning with SACC Mall Shah Alam.

PREC currently manages 6 iconic commercial real estates in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur namely Kompleks PKNS Shah Alam, Kompleks PKNS Bangi, Menara PKNS Petaling Jaya, Menara Worldwide Bukit Bintang, Wisma Yakin Kuala Lumpur and not to mention Shah Alam’s number 1 neighbourhood mall: SACC Mall. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the two entities will also provide working opportunity for Shah Alam communities to be a part of Bateriku.com’s gig ecosystem as it also involves the establishment of Bateriku.com’s Pitstop Cabin at SACC Mall main parking lot.

The establishment of the Pitstop demonstrate Bateriku.com’s commitment to further value-add to SACC Mall’s evergreen presence by organizing future automotive and motorsport related activities through its media arm MotorManiac. The MoU is signed for the next 2 years where all commercial premises under PREC is set to gain access to Bateriku.com’s seamless vehicle ownership experience via the company’s beyond batteries product range and services.
