What's the role
• Customer Warranty Batteries
Receive customer warranty batteries.
Inspect the batteries and record their details.
Charge the batteries according to the established SOP.
• Scrap, Floating, and Regen Batteries
Perform routine inspections for Scrap, Floating, and Regen batteries.
Prepare Floating and Regen batteries as per requests.
Organize Scrap batteries received by the Stock & Logistics department.
Charge batteries for Floating and Regen requests.
• Used Car Onboarding
Search for Used Cars in the designated areas.
Distribute Regen battery flyers to Used Cars.
Explain the Regen battery sales process.
• Deliver Floating and Customer Warranty Batteries
Deliver Floating and customer warranty batteries according to the designated zones.
• Assist Colleagues and Supervisors in Daily Tasks
Assist colleagues and carry out other tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Management.
• Implement Company Initiatives and Ensure SOP Compliance
Adhere to company requirements and follow the SOP as outlined in the guidelines and work scope.
