HR Manager involves leading and overseeing day-to-day HR operational matters, lead closely with the HR team to manage payroll, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, benefits, welfare, and learning and development initiatives. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient implementation of HR policies and procedures, which plays a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with overall organizational goals, ensuring strict compliance with employment laws, and actively promoting a safe, supportive, and conducive workplace environment that drives the company's overall success.

What's the role

• Collaborate with top management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
•Proactive and to ensure effective communication with all levels of employee and providing positive reinforcement where necessary.
• Responsible to manage the ad-hoc project assigned.
•To prepare, manage budgets and monitor overall monthly costing.
•Consolidate & administer HR payroll management reports to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
•Attend to payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
•Keep updates on the labour laws and compliance requirements.
•Ensure all information is always kept in strict Private & Confidential in the HR Department to prevent any leak out of sensitive information.
•Stay abreast of industry trends and ensure compliance of HR policies and practices comply with legal requirements.
•Review, implement and enforcement of company policies, rules, and regulations to be up to date with local employment laws, statutory, and regulations.
•Handle employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
•Manage employee conflicts and provide Counselling with respect to disciplinary issues, grievances, conduct domestic inquiries and manage industrial relations as and when required.
•Lead recruitment efforts and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
•Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new employees.
•Collaboration with hiring managers to understand the staffing needs.
