1.Logistics Movement Planning:
Plan and implement logistics movements to ensure an efficient supply process.
2.Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.
3.Welfare and Guidance of Subordinates:
Lead the work team and ensure that the welfare of subordinates is well taken care of.
Maintain a harmonious working environment.
Guide subordinates and take initiative to improve their performance.
4.Compliance and Monitoring of External Suppliers:
Handle external service providers, such as contractors, optimize costs, and monitor the quality of services.
Ensure pitstop assets are well-maintained and fully operational.
Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant regulations and laws.
5.Reporting:
Prepare periodic reports for the Department Manager on daily operations and suggest appropriate improvement actions.
