1. To handle incoming and outgoing call or email from customer for insurance enquiry
2. Organize a filing system for client database
3. To follow up with client on insurance policy (new & renewal) from quotation to issuing policy
4. To follow up with customer for new project (Bateriku Insurance Route User – BIRU)
5. Respond to queries from superior
6. Prepare regular reports & presentation
7. Daily sales & administrative task
8. Other duties as assigned by superior.
