What's the role

• Prepare manual payroll process.
•Accuracy and proper management of payroll data.
• Collection of data, calculating overtime, key-in and maintain process payroll for approximately more than 300 employees.
•Validate payroll accuracy and reconcile payroll dispute.
•To ensure submission of the payroll report to management (for approval) and finance to proceed with the payment based on the categories:
1) Existing Employees: 27th
2) New Hire/Resign: end of month.
3) Consultant/Intern: every 7th
•Manage the entire payroll administration process.
•Administrator for InfoTech, Medkad and Statutory.
•Understand statutory functions and responsibilities of employer and employees based on Malaysian Law.
•To prepare and ensure the submission of the statutory must be completed before or by 15th on every month.
•To ensure the maintenance of the contracts are renewed before expiring.
•Provide support and assistance including a Career Fair and onboarding process.
•Provide support and assistance to the Manager and other team members as needed.
•To take any special projects as assigned.
•To ensure submission of the report to the Manager every month before or by 7th on every month.
