Bateriku.com has rendered its on-demand services to more than 1 million customers offering end-to-end battery replacement services including inspection, delivery and installation. Bateriku.com provides the most comprehensive after sales support and warranty administration with its nationwide coverage.

Customers are able to reach Bateriku.com through multiple touch points via app booking, web booking, chatbot, 24/7 call centre, social media channels, e-commerce platform, wallet marketplace and even walk-in to its nationwide outlets.

Multiple payment options such as cash, online, credit card, debit card, wallet and even Paylater for instalment programs have made Bateriku.com the ultimate choice for car owners.

An advocate of the Sharing Economy in scaling up business as pioneered by Unicorn companies such as GRAB, Gojek and Foodpanda. Since 2017, Bateriku.com has successfully onboarded and trained more than 600 crowdsourced technicians or BHero all over the country. BHero will be given continuous training and support to ensure customer experience is not being compromised. To date, Bateriku.com has shared close to RM10 million with its nationwide BHero network.

Bateriku.com has also developed its own entrepreneurship program called BPreneur and it opens up more opportunity for Malaysians to improve their standard of living. In addition, Bateriku.com has also groomed a number of BHero and transformed them to become BPreneur. For the record, there are currently close to 120 BPreneurs representing Bateriku.com brand all over the country.

Concurrently, Bateriku.com has established another program referred to as BBuddy to serve roadside assistance (Breakdown) market and also workshop (Bengkel) market. It is basically a collaboration effort between Bateriku.com with Breakdown partners such as tow truck operators and mobile mechanics while ‘Bengkel’ partners include service / tyre / aircond / repair ‘Bengkel’s. To date, Bateriku.com has on-boarded close to 2000 BBuddy nationwide.

In a nutshell, Bateriku.com is building a sustainable ecosystem comprising of BHero, Bpreneur and BBuddy stakeholders. Each stakeholder is working together seamlessly on top of intelligent technology platform and the formula works well because Bateriku.com brand has manage to attract sizeable sales traffic enabling constant job fulfilment by BHero and BPreneur with the BBuddy network is always ready to assist as and when required.

Bateriku.com is also ‘mobilizing’ conventional workshop by enabling its mechanic to receive job via mobile app and assisting customers on-site. Rather than waiting for walk- in customers, Bateriku.com is empowering workshop owners to venture outside their comfort zone and improve sales conversion. This is a real solution very much needed by conventional workshops to survive during current MCO and beyond because the world has gone mobile!
