What's the role
• To maintain the efficiency of day to day operations, including answer phone calls, schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Maintain employee records and updating company policies, upkeep of office facilities, and office housekeeping.
•Works a team and ability to build good rapport and collaborative working relationship with management and employees.
• Perform daily filling of documents.
• To perform any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
