3. Due Diligence & Risk Assessment:
>Conduct thorough due diligence to assess legal, financial, and environmental factors associated with potential acquisitions.
>Coordinate with legal teams, appraisers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
4. Negotiation & Transaction Management:
>Lead negotiations for property acquisitions, including purchase agreements, lease terms, and other contractual elements.
>Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize transactions and secure favorable terms within budgetary and strategic goals.
5. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
>Prepare financial models and ROI projections to evaluate the potential profitability of acquisitions.
>Generate regular reports on acquisition progress, market trends, and portfolio performance to inform leadership and stakeholders.
6. Portfolio Management & Optimization:
>Oversee the management of acquired properties, ensuring they meet operational needs and are maintained according to company standards.
>Recommend improvements and adjustments to optimize the value of Bateriku’s real estate portfolio.
7. Stakeholder Collaboration:
>Collaborate with internal teams, including Finance, Operations, and Corporate Strategy, to ensure alignment between property acquisitions and corporate goals.
>Engage with external stakeholders such as brokers, property owners, government officials, and consultants.
