1. Account Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and issues.
o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation:
o Identify opportunities to grow business within assigned accounts.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies.
o Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
3. Client Retention & Development:
o Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
o Suggest and implement account improvements based on client feedback.
o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
4. Coordination & Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, operations, customer happiness department) to ensure customer needs are met.
o Collaborate with key account managers to resolve complex customer issues.
o Communicate client feedback and needs to relevant internal departments.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
o Prepare and deliver regular reports on account status and performance.
o Analyze customer data to drive insights and improvements.
o Track sales and account management metrics (e.g., customer retention rate, growth rate).
