Apakah tugasannya

• To interact with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
•To resolve customers’ concerns and answer customers’ questions to your best ability.
• Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
•To ensure that you understand in advance in accordance with the product before informing the customers.
•To maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints.
•Prepare product and customer complaint by gathering data collected during customer interactions.

•Ensure that any issues highlighted by the customer are effectively communicated to the job controller.
•Highlight immediately any issue, raise by dispute customer to job controller on the floor.
•To ensure immediate respond and action taken after receiving feedback or complaint from customer.
•Ensure all interactions are processed and updated accordingly and in a timely manner.
• Calls and jobs attended are well documented, recorded in the system and re-check own orders status before end shift.
•To ensure that all interactions are accurately recorded in the system.

• To maintain abandoned calls below 5% as the current required by HOD and to call back abandoned customer base on system reques.
•To ensure that any pending tasks are passed on to the next agent on the floor.
• To ensure to always support HOD and teammates in clerical duties.
