• Maintenance
Responsible for completing maintenance tasks to repair appliances and preserve the quality of a facility.
Performing quality checks on air conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems.
Checking and responding to security and safety issues
Keeping documents of inspections and problems
Keeping an inventory of cleaning and repair supplies
Monitoring maintenance company vehicle.

Tagging all the company asset
• Licencse/Permit / insurance
Monitoring and renew the business license/permit / car and building insurance.
