Kemahiran kritikal

• Assist in creating content for social media and the website.

• Enhance our brand & product awareness on social media platforms.

• Conduct Live sessions ( if needs).

• Collaborate closely with the Motormaniac and marketing department.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior as needed.

Apakah tugasannya

1. Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and programs specific to pitstop operations.
2. Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
3. Design and execute periodic internal audits of outlet operations, including inventory management, sales processes, and store procedures.
4. Prepare detailed audit reports identifying gaps, recommendations, and corrective actions.
5. Track and follow up on audit findings to ensure proper implementation of recommended changes.
6. Create educational materials and resources to promote awareness of compliance requirements.
7. Provide guidance and support to outlet managers on compliance-related matters.
8. Review and update standard operating procedures, guidelines, agreement etc as needed.
9. Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives.
10. Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by maintaining accurate documentation and records.
11. Monitor and assess the performance of implemented processes and make necessary adjustments.
12. Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis and industry best practices.
13. Maintain comprehensive records of all audit and compliance activities.
14. Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and risk areas.
